Founding Data Engineer (Core Data Platform)

We’re looking for a Founding Data Engineer who can own OpenArt’s core data platform end-to-end, from raw data ingestion and pipeline design to data modeling, reliability, and serving as the company’s source of truth.

This is not a role for analysts or narrow ETL builders. You should be comfortable designing scalable data architectures, building production-grade pipelines, and defining consistent, reliable data models that support product, finance, and leadership decisions.

You will work closely with the Head of Data, engineering, and leadership to establish a robust data foundation from 0→1, ensuring that data is trustworthy, well-structured, and scalable as the company grows.

We’re looking for a Growth Data Engineer who can own OpenArt’s measurement, attribution, and marketing data systems end-to-end, ensuring that every acquisition and lifecycle effort is accurately tracked and optimized.

This is not a role for pure analysts or marketing ops. You should be comfortable working across tracking infrastructure (GTM, pixels, APIs), data pipelines, and warehouse models, making pragmatic decisions that ensure data flows reliably between product, CRM, warehouse, and ad platforms.

You will work closely with growth, product, and data teams to build and scale attribution systems from 0→1, and act as a force multiplier by enabling accurate, real-time insights that drive marketing efficiency and revenue growth.
