π― About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst based in North America to lead our product analytics efforts. You aren't just a "report builder" - you are a strategic partner to the product and engineering teams. You will be the internal subject matter expert on user behavior, retention, and growth loops.
The ideal candidate has lived and breathed Amplitude (or similar tools) for years. You know how to architect a tracking plan from scratch, troubleshoot complex instrumentation, and turn raw event data into stories that change our product roadmap.
π§© Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a similar role at a consumer-facing tech company
- Deep hands-on experience with Amplitude (strongly preferred) or comparable product analytics tools (Google analytics etc)
- Proven ability to design and maintain a tracking plan and event taxonomy from scratch
- Strong understanding of funnels, retention, cohorts, LTV, and growth metrics
- Experience partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineers to influence roadmap decisions
- Comfortable designing, analyzing, and interpreting A/B experiments and feature launches
- Excellent storytelling skills β you can turn messy data into clear, actionable insights
