About the role
As a Partnerships Account Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of high-priority partnerships. You will be responsible for day-to-day partner management and for driving execution across active partnership work streams —from kickoff through delivery and ongoing success. Success in this role is defined by operational excellence: translating partnership goals into clear plans, coordinating stakeholders, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes for partners, while looking for ways to expand collaborations.

Requirements
- U.S. work authorization / location: We are only considering candidates who can be physically in the U.S. and work in the U.S. in a valid work-authorized status. We can sponsor or help you apply for H1B visas.
- 3+ years of work experience, preferably in top-tier consulting (e.g., MBB), investing, private equity, or equivalent environment.
- Native or near-native English (written and verbal).
- Exceptional execution, operational ownership, and attention to details: consistently drive workstreams forward with speed, accuracy, and follow-through; strong operating habits (e.g., CRM hygiene, project trackers, documentation, structured status updates).
- Strong business sense and street smart: be creative in making things happen, not afraid to challenge the status quo
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment.
- Experience working on partnerships in media/entertainment, advertising, creator economy, or AI/tech is a plus
