We are looking for a Community Manager to own and grow our Discord and Reddit communities. This role is part community builder, part content strategist, part user advocate, and part operator. You will shape the culture of our creator ecosystem and help turn users into highly engaged community members and evangelists.

This is not a passive moderation role. We are looking for someone who can actively grow engagement, create community rituals, surface product insights, and build a thriving creator community around OpenArt.

What You'll Do

Own and grow our Discord community

Drive engagement and activity across our Discord server
Run weekly challenges, events, prompts, and creator activities
Improve onboarding, participation, and retention within the community
Build systems to reduce repetitive support questions and improve community self-service
Create a welcoming, creative, and high-quality community culture

Build and scale our Reddit presence

Launch and grow OpenArt's subreddit community
Seed discussions, creator showcases, tutorials, and community content
Encourage high-quality user-generated content and discussion
Develop recurring Reddit content formats and engagement loops
Help position OpenArt as a leading AI creator community publicly
