🎯 About the Role

We’re hiring a hands-on Head of Engineering who will drive the architecture, execution, and delivery of core product initiatives across the OpenArt platform. This is a high-impact leadership role: you will guide engineers, collaborate directly with founders, and own mission-critical technical decisions while still being comfortable shipping code yourself.

Ideal candidates have deep technical breadth (frontend + backend + AI integrations), strong product intuition, and proven experience leading engineering teams or major product areas in fast-paced startup environments.

You’ll operate as a key technical leader in North America, partnering closely with our global team to push the boundaries of AI product innovation.

🛠 What You’ll Lead & Do

• Own technical direction for major product surfaces, architecture, design, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• Lead and mentor engineers across time zones, empowering them to deliver high-quality work quickly.
• Ship critical end-to-end features, from UI/UX to backend infrastructure to AI inference pipelines.
• Design and integrate multimodal AI systems, including image/video generation pipelines using top-tier models.
